Siamo una famiglia cubano-svizzera con due figli. Michel è nato in Svizzera e parla diverse lingue. Sa di cosa hanno bisogno e apprezzano gli ospiti provenienti da altri paesi. Può aiutarvi ad iniziare a Cuba e sentirsi a proprio agio all’arrivo dall’aeroporto.

La stazione nazionale degli autobus Viazúl dista solo 3 minuti. Si trovano quindi nella posizione migliore per prendere un autobus nazionale in altri luoghi come Trinidad, Viñales, Varadero, Las Terrazas, Santa Clara, Matanzas. Se non ottenete più biglietti, conosciamo la soluzione.
Ambiente interessante
La nostra casa si trova nel centro della città in una zona molto storica. Durante una passeggiata è possibile visitare una serie di attrazioni importanti e belle. La Plaza de la Revolución, il cimitero Colón, il Parque Almendares, il Parque Almendares, la Ciudad Deportiva, l’ Estádio Latinamericano, …, la Habana Vieja.
Vita notturna vivaci nelle vicinanze
Nelle vicinanze si trovano la famosa Casa de la Música, El Diablo Tun, la famosa Fábrica de Arte (FAC), i locali notturni Barbaram, Fresa y Chocolate, la Cinemateca Nacional, le discoteche all’ aperto 1830 e El Chévere.

Trascorrere una notte tranquilla
L’Avana è conosciuta per il suo rumore di giorno e di notte. Non è così nella nostra casa, dove si può riposare e dormire tranquillamente. Con piccole eccezioni, naturalmente, perché anche i vicini devono festeggiare una festa e a volte una macchina si perde nel nostro quartiere.
Benessere
Vorremmo che lei fosse presente, anche per diversi giorni. Oppure che tornano prima della partenza al paese suo. Si può bere il mojito e gustare un ottimo cibo preparato da nostra figlia Adrianelys, una cuoca professionista. Al mattino si può fare una ricca colazione con pane fatto in casa, frutta, caffè, caffè, formaggio, succo di frutta, uova, carne, ecc. Avrete un buon inizio per trascorrere una giornata emozionante.

Super accueil par Marlene pour nos 3 jours à la Havane. La cuisine et les mojito étaient délicieux. Elle nous a beaucoup aidé pour nos excursions et les transports. La piscine en fin de journée est un plus qui nous a fait du bien. Je reviendrai chez Marlene et Michel sans hésiter si je retourne à Cuba. Encore merci pour tout! Morgane et Mélanie.
"La casa de Marlène et Michel est située à 2 minutes à pieds de la station VIAZUL. Arrivant à 2 heures du matin ( 5 heures de retard par le bus VIAZUL.....), Marlène a été présente lors de l'entrée dans les lieux et avec le sourire. Michel est également très gentil et fait d'excellent mojito! Une casa très belle, très calme avec des hôtes très gentil. Je recommande sans hésiter cette casa. "
"We were flying in to Havana and came here because we needed a place to stay for one night before taking off for Viñales via bus the next morning. The location of this place is great if you want to be within walking distance of the bus station and see a different, less touristy, part of town. We stayed in Old Havana on our return trip and loved it but we were glad we had stayed in this neighborhood first as it felt much less touristy and we were still able to walk around and explore a lot of places we might not have otherwise seen. The house had a small pool, which was a very nice perk. ... We enjoyed sitting by the pool late at night and soaking our feet in it after all the walking and exploring we did earlier in the day. Our hosts were very nice. Since our stay was so short we didn't get a chance to chat with them for long but we definitely appreciated their help. Michel provided us with maps, directions and an appropriate price range for the taxi from the airport prior to our departure to Cuba. This was very helpful and much appreciated."
"Nice cozy room. Very friendly/welcoming host and housekeeper. Breakfast consisted of mixed fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, and toast. Well worth the 5 CUC! There are also multiple restaurants nearby. Very interesting neighborhood, take a short walk through and you'll see how the local Cubans live. A short taxi ride away from Malecon and Calle 23 (highly recommended for dining, nightlife, and live music). A bit far from La Playa and Old Havana. There are several other attractions within walking distance including: the zoo, 2 cemeteries, and various monuments. Great experience overall, thanks again Michel!"
“The place is conveniently located in case you are only transiting through Havana since it is literally 3min walking from the Viazul bus station. There is also a bus stop for the city bus nearby, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to get to the center either. The hosts are great, extremely friendly and they prepare delicious meals. The dinner which the daughter prepared was one of the best we had in Cuba. They also prepared us a very early breakfast and arranged us a taxi to the airport because we had a morning flight.”
“Michel's place was the perfect location for our first night in Havana. We were in walking distance of the Viazul Bus terminal that we were travelling on the next day. Having the option to have both dinner and breakfast at the casa was helpful, as we were travelling with a toddler. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate space kitchenette and rooftop terrace. We spent the day meandering around and exploring the zoo. Michel and his daughter were very helpful and and his team welcoming. Breakfast was lovely - do give yourself time to really enjoy it (we were unfortunately rushed because of our departure times). Thank you for everything!”

"Wir waren 4 Nächte bei Ihnen können die Unterkunft mit super Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Leute sind überaus hilfsbereit, freundlich und kochen ausserdem köstlich. Mit dem ausgewogenen Frühstück hat man einen super Start in den Tag. Das Nachtessen ist womöglich das beste was man auf der ganzen Insel finden kann! Es gibt warm Wasser was nicht überall im Land der Fall ist. Die Wäsche kann gewaschen werden und zum Schluss sind es einfach sehr herzliche Menschen. Sollten wir wieder in Havanna sein, ist das bestimmt wieder unsere Unterkunft. Danke für alles!"

Le cadre est magnifique, terrasse privée, chambre climatisée et frigo à disposition pour rafraîchir nos boissons, également une piscine pour se rafraîchir. petit déjeuner copieux et frais. “El alojamiento en casa de Marlene es una excelente opción en la Habana por las razones siguientes: es una casa muy grande situada en Nuevo Vedado, que si bien es cierto no es una de las zonas altamente turísticas de la Ciudad (como La Habana Vieja), proporciona mucha tranquilidad para pasar la noche, utilizar la piscina y tener un rico desayuno. Además de ello, las zonas turísticas no se encuentran muy lejos, puedes tomar el autobus de la ruta 27 para llegar al Capitolio, y a partir de allí encuentras los sitios clásicos para el turista. Personalmente, opté por trasladarme en bicicleta (que la propia Marlene me rentó, y se hacen 20 minutos al malecón, 30 minutos a La Habana Vieja). Todos en la casa son muy amables, y resalta la limpieza de las habitaciones, así como la calidez de Marlene y de su hija Adri.”
Très bon accueil de Marlène avec pourtant une arrivée tardive du bus... chambre et salle de bain propres et très grandes. A 4 min à pied de la gare Viazul et 30 min à pied de la plaza de revolucion. Petit déjeuner copieux et sur la terrasse, puis discussion avec michel en français. Nous recommandons cette casa.
This place is wonderful, and we can highly reccommend staying here. Unfortunately, we only had one night at this place, but we would have loved to stay here longer had we had more time. The room was clean and very modern, and the shower was awesome (both temperature and pressure was amazing). The location is just by Viazul station, which is great if you come by bus. However, you need a taxi to get to the major tourists attractions. The breakfast was the beat we had on our trip (and we have had really good breakfast). Very fresh! Both Malena, Michel and their daughter and very kind and helpful. We had a late flight, so the family took care of our luggage, even though we had already checked out. Malena even let us shower when we got back and arranged a taxi for us. Very kind and loving family. We would definitely stay here again.”
"Le logement de Michel et Marlène est clair, grand, propre, agréable, design et j'ai pris la meilleure des douches chez eux grâce à un équipement de qualité. Le touriste est aux petits soins, pour une fois j'ai senti que je n'étais pas dupé en tant que touriste mais bien considéré. L'accueil est agréable, on est mis à l'aise tout de suite sans se sentir envahie ou forcé de quoi que ce soit. La maison est idéalement située toute proche du bus viazul (5 min à pieds) dans un quartier résidentiel calme et agréable. À la casa Marlene j'ai pris ma bouffée d'oxygène et de tranquillité avant de repartir dans le tumulte du touriste en sac à dos avec tous ses déboires! “Great location if you're traveling by Viazul bus, or if you want to stay in a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city. Michel speaks perfect English, and Marlene goes out of her way to accommodate anything you need (she cooked up a last-minute dinner for us when we got back a little late one day). The room was stayed in was modern, with great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water! Everything was very enjoyable, and the back patio is a pleasant place to relax. We would definitely stay here again!”
